Navotas Mayor Honors Graduates of Alternative Learning System

Navotas City Mayor John Rey Tiangco extended his congratulations to the newest graduates of the Alternative Learning System (ALS). Among the 125 graduates were notable seniors Nanay Nazareta S. Padilla, 67, and Herminigilda V. Roque, 63, who successfully completed junior high school. Mayor Tiangco emphasized their achievements as a testament to the idea that education has no age limit, stating, "They prove that learning comes without a deadline.
